When you ask Meta to delete your data, we delete your Facebook or Instagram sign-in, the access tokens we held, and the Pages or accounts you connected, along with their Meta conversation links. Chat transcripts stay with the workspace that owns the chatbot.
To request deletion, remove this app in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Apps and Websites and choose to delete your data. You can also remove a connection at any time from Social Connections.
